A Christmas Message — Connect Silicon Valley

Helping people “connect with God and connect with each other” is the goal of Connect Silicon Valley (CSV). CSV does that by helping open up conversations about faith that result from people hearing the inspiring stories of outstanding speakers who are Jesus followers. Past speakers include former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, bestselling author and management guru Patrick Lencioni, top venture capitalist Promod Haque, Google division president Kirk Perry, Salesforce executive Sue Warnke, and many others.

In 1995, Connect Silicon Valley (then called the Silicon Valley Prayer Breakfast) organized one event that attracted 150 people. In 2020, Connect Silicon Valley sponsored six events with over 1,500 people in attendance.

It has been my privilege to lead Connect Silicon Valley as an all-volunteer organization since 2005. I am pleased to announce that we have hired Dave Chae as our Executive Director. Dave is an ordained pastor, has led a church planting organization, and consults with high-tech executives. Dave has a passion for the mission of Connect Silicon Valley.
